Variables in Conversations View

Metavariables & Global variables 

Both Metavariables and Global Variables in the conversation view display the current/latest value of the variables. It means If a variable value changes throughout a conversation the current value shown is only the latest value, and the other previous values of the variable are not able to be searched using the variable search option.

For example, 

During a conversation, when the chatter selects "account issue," this choice is stored as the value of the global variable named "issue." However, if the chatter goes back to the flow and selects "cashback problem," the most recent value assigned to the global variable "issue" should be "cashback problem."
