Avoiding Campaign Visibility Issues in "Capture" State Conversations

When designing campaigns, it is important to consider the following:

• "Capture" State Behaviour: When a chatter is in a conversation that is in a "Capture" state, such as being presented with a Capture Block, List Option Block, or Carousell Block, campaigns will not be presented to the chatter. This behaviour ensures that campaigns are not displayed simultaneously with the "Capture" elements.

• Avoiding Blocks with "Capture" State: To prevent potential issues with campaign visibility, it is recommended to design conversations without utilising blocks that have the "Capture" state such as Capture Block, List Option Block, or Carousell Block. By excluding such blocks from the conversation flow.
