From time to time, we'll have a bot manager that reports odd dashboard behaviour that is highly reproducible on their end, but not on Ada's end. Examples of this behaviour are crashes, the classic "It's Not You, It's Us" error, strange search behaviour in any search field (Most commonly Answer Search, Reports, and Conversation View). This behaviour seems to affect power users that operate on the same bot for long periods of time.

Steps to resolve:
-
Try to reproduce the behavior on your end while in the client bot. If you can't reproduce it, proceed and advise the client with the below steps. If you can, treat it as a bug as normal.
-
Log into the dashboard.
-
Right click any part of the dashboard and hit the "Inspect" button at the bottom of the menu.
-
At the top of the frame that appears, select the "Application" menu. It may be concealed behind the >> symbol.
-
Click "Storage" near the top left corner of the frame.
-
Click "Clear site data".
-
Restart browser and log back in.
This data will repopulate the next time the user logs into the bot.
The client may take several tries to do this on their own so it may be simpler to simply host a 5-minute meeting for them and show them how to do it. This will either solve the problem or immediately give you access to the information you'll need to come up with an action plan.
