Click the gear icon in top right corner of any Answer to access the Answer Settings.
Title: This is internal to your team, and is not visible to the end user.
Description: This is an optional field, visible only by your internal team, where you can leave notes about the reason for this Answer, or its content.
Answer Label: This is the text that will appear when this Answer is listed as Quick Reply button on another Answer, or as a suggested button when the bot isn't sure how best to respond. By default, this will be the same as the Title. You can overwrite the default Answer Label by typing over this field. (The default Answer Label can be modified in individual Answers when being used as a Quick Reply.)
Reviewable: Toggle on so that this Answer appears with thumbs up and thumbs down in chat, soliciting feedback from end users.
Include in Clarifications and Suggestions: When toggled on, this Answer will be available as a Suggestion or Clarification button when the bot isn't sure how best to respond.
Tags: Adding tags to your answers is recommended to ensure your answer library is organized and easy to search. You can create tags yourself, but you will also find that there is a default "Top" tag. This tag will allow you to indicate which answers are the top of a decision tree or answer flow, or put another way, where a chatter begins their journey within a multi-answer flow.
