Client Bot Branding makes your bot stand out more on your website and helps to better fit your branding guidelines. You can customize the look and feel of your chatbot in the Settings view of the Ada dashboard
To start, go to Settings>Platforms and click on the “Configure” button in the Ada Web Chat box.
Pick “Chat Button” on the left side of the new window to see all the branding options related to the button that sits on your website. Here you can change the size and color of the button or even upload a custom icon (SVG only) to replace the default chat bubble.
You can also use the default color picker by clicking on the colored square.
As you make changes, you’ll notice the preview on the right update to reflect your changes real time. The chat button on your website will not change until you click the blue “Save” button.
By default, there is no border on the chat widget button; however, one can be added by including custom CSS on the same webpage Ada is embedded on.
