Overview
The Redirect block allows you to transfer users to view a specific answer without requiring customer input. Using this feature will ensure your customers can have a guided experience when navigating the bot.
Examples:
- Using a Conditional, then redirecting a user based on their response.
- Reducing the amount of content you create in the bot dashboard.
- Providing your customers different support options depending on their account type.
How to Use a Redirect Block
Bot Managers can drag the Redirect Block from the Block Bar into an answer, then assign an answer to trigger.
In the example below, we've nested an answer redirect within a Conditional. Please review that feature's support article if you have any questions.
Note
Answer redirects are not allowed to point to an answer that contains another redirect.
