Your customers expect you to engage with them in their preferred communication channels. As such, Ada’s WhatsApp integration allows chatters to interact with your Ada bot in WhatsApp.
Given that WhatsApp is text-based, the experience for chatters and Bot Builders will differ from what you’d expect in the native Ada webapp. For example, chatters will not be met with the Greeting Answer upon initiating a conversation in WhatsApp, and they will have to type out their responses to trigger a Quick Reply button.

- Predictive Suggestions
- Book a Meeting Block
- Ada Glass for Zendesk - Live Chat
- Ada Glass Zendesk Agent Workspace
- Handoff via Web Window
- Handoff via Live Person
